Useful information:
- Our property, located on the first floor of an old building, does not have a lift.
- Rooms are not accessible to unaccompanied minors.
- Room delivery to guests is scheduled from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, unless there are specific needs; we recommend communicating your expected arrival time and any delays.
- Upon arrival, it is necessary to present valid identification documents (Passport, Identity Card) for registration as required by current regulations.
- Additionally, payment for the stay will be requested at the same time (any additional expenses will be charged upon departure).
- Guests will have access to the keys of the property to move freely.
- On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning.
- Breakfast will be served at the agreed-upon time from the previous day, typically between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM.
- Guests are kindly requested to inform us of any food intolerances, allergies, or special diets (such as gluten-free or vegan).
- Room and service cleaning is done daily before noon, provided they are vacated by the guests. These services include towel changes. Bed linens will be changed every other day, unless there are specific requests.
- We recommend not disposing of non-organic materials in the toilets but using the designated bins.
- In the interest of all guests, we kindly ask for silence, especially during rest hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
- Unfortunately, we must exclude the possibility of accommodating our guests’ four-legged friends in our B&B.
Damages, defaults, and liabilities:
- Any damages caused by guests to the property, its facilities, or items in use must be reported immediately to the property manager.
- These damages will be charged to the guests responsible or directly linked to them.
- Any outstanding amounts unpaid by customers will be notified to them and potentially charged using the payment method used during booking.
- In case of lost keys provided by the property, which are recommended to be carefully safeguarded both for security reasons and considering their high cost, guests will be required to cover the corresponding charges.
- Any theft or damage to property belonging to the establishment will be legally pursued
- Each room at the B&B is equipped with a safe, where guests are advised to leave valuable items before heading out.
- The B&B is not responsible for any unpleasant disruptions due to total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water, telephone line, or internet connection that are beyond its control

- Smoking in the common areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
- Hosting third parties in the rooms after 10:00 PM is also prohibited
Cancellation Penalty
If the customer decides to cancel a reservation, they will need to communicate via email or phone In that case, the following rule will apply:
- If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no charges will be incurred.
- In case of cancellation or changes made beyond this deadline or in case of no-show, the entire amount of the stay will be charged.
